Yes, we do not use permenant fillers as they can be dangerous with added complications. The reversible dermal fillers are naturally broken down in the body, but can also be broken down and reversed in an emergency or if the results are not as desired.

We use both, depending on the area we are treating. Needles are used for smaller areas where we can achieve more precision. Cannulas are blunt needles that cause less swelling and trauma and is used for the majority of cases.

Dermal fillers can last from 6-12 months usually, depending on the site and product used.
