What are dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are made from hylauranic acid which is found naturally in the body. It is used to add volume, scult and enhance facial features.
Is it reversible?
Yes, we do not use permenant fillers as they can be dangerous with added complications. The reversible dermal fillers are naturally broken down in the body, but can also be broken down and reversed in an emergency or if the results are not as desired.

Do you use needles or cannulas?
We use both, depending on the area we are treating. Needles are used for smaller areas where we can achieve more precision. Cannulas are blunt needles that cause less swelling and trauma and is used for the majority of cases.
How long does it last?
This lovely patient wanted a subtle and natural lip enhancement. We were able to achieve this using only 1 ml of dermal filler. The treatment is pain-free and only takes 5 minutes and lasts for approximately 6 months.
